The latest release continues to deliver new features to drive innovation, integration, and process optimization.

MISSION HILLS, CA, August 23, 2024 – UNICOM Systems, Inc., a division of UNICOM Global, has released UNICOM Intelligence 7.5.1 Fix Pack 2 to deliver product updates and new features to its enterprise survey research platform, UNICOM Intelligence. In this release UNICOM continues to drive enhancements to the product suite within the following product themes:

Deployment – fully automate application deployments to desktop and server environments and deliver comprehensive monitoring dashboards.

Security and regulatory compliance – improve platform security via a roll-up of security vulnerability fixes based on third-party security penetration testing.

Authoring – optimize the creation of modern, engaging, and professional looking surveys of any complexity using new theme-based interview templates and new gallery content. Simplify the reuse of survey logic using new options to include shared routing logic and scripted function libraries.

Interviewing – leverage new capabilities across field delivery, such as SMS text message interviews and multi-view Interviewer-led survey engagements.

Integration – drive innovation and optimize processes on the UNICOM Intelligence platform by using the latest enhancements to web services that simplify access to survey metadata, respondent and participant data, quota, interviewing reports, data download, and project details.

Reporting – streamline insight delivery to end-clients and stakeholders via the new integration with Displayr.
