PETERBOROUGH, NH - June 8, 2017 - SoftLanding® Systems, the IBM i software division of UNICOM® Global, will preview new interfaces for its solutions for enterprise content management, performance management, application lifecycle management and automated operations when it exhibits at the International i-Power conference on June 13th and 14th 2017.
The new interfaces, which will be showcased at the SoftLanding exhibition stand, include a mobile app for the Columbus enterprise content management solution, and a new web interface for the SUPERMON performance solution. Visitors to International i-Power will also be the first to see the new web and mobile interface for SoftLanding’s EXPRESSDESK helpdesk software, part of the TURNOVER application lifecycle management suite.
“We wanted our colleagues in the IBM i community to get a taste of the new look and feel that we will be launching over the next few months right across the SoftLanding suite,” said Jim Fisher, SoftLanding Operations Manager. “The new interfaces will make SoftLanding applications easier to access remotely or on the move, and simpler to use, especially for newcomers to the IBM i platform.”
Conference delegates can learn more about enterprise content management at a session entitled “Release the power of digital communications” at 8.05pm on June 13th. Sam Dix will explain how IBM i users can implement customer engagement initiatives using IBM i as their strategic platform of choice, without compromising core systems.
Delegates are also invited to participate in a survey on the SoftLanding stand on the subject of customer engagement; the results will be published shortly after the event.
